About
A community for indies.
One person or a team under twenty. You come here to learn, share, write, and ship.

Why this exists
We keep the work.
You ship something real, post it once, and the timeline has already moved on. Indiecity is a place that still has the work: stories you can finish on a train, tools that give you a number, and a map we only pin when the name is yours.
We read every request. No anonymous listings. No scraped directories. If the product is yours and the team is small, there is a seat.
We are not listing every startup. We are not raising a round to become a platform. On this site, indie means one person or a team under twenty. You write the code, answer the mail, and set the price. Revenue can grow. The team does not have to.
A feed forgets.A community remembers.

Long enough to be useful. Short enough to finish on a train. Always tied to a person and a product.

Tools
MRR, price, churn, the sentence, the first ask, the week after launch. Free. Linked from the stories they belong to.

FAQ
Questions
Who can join?
One person or a team under twenty, with a product that is yours. We read every request. We do not list anonymous pages.
What does indie mean here?
A headcount. One person or a team under twenty. You can hire when the work actually needs it. You cannot join as a fifty-person company looking for a listing.
Do I need revenue?
No. You need a product with your name on it. Write when something real happened: a charge, a launch, a hard week.
Is this a startup directory?
No. Directories collect listings. We keep stories, tools, and a map we pin only when the name is yours.
How do I get on the map?
Join and name the product. We review it. If it is yours and you are under twenty, the pin goes on.
